Terezia House is on Phase 2 of Terra Divina. This area has a very large, split-level swimming pool surrounded by sunbathing terraces and also the Rotunda Club House at one end.

The Club House has a gymnasium, jacuzzi and sauna, small restaurant and bar and, on the roof terrace, an open air swimming pool and bar.

The multi-level building is 'stepped' back into the natural terracing of the landscape, both providing a wide variety of shapes and sizes of properties and giving an opportunity for an attractive style of architecture that is echoed throughout the site.

At the heart of the project, Terezia House is well placed for easy access to all facilities.

Properties at the lower levels of the building have views across the swimming pool terraces, whilst the upper levels look across to the farmland and sea.

The design of the building also ensures that some apartments have large open verandas, some with built-in jacuzzis and top floor apartments have private roof terraces.
