Choice of plots and property design

We don't just build houses speculatively and then sell them. We give our customers the chance to see the development site, choose a preferred plot and then decide what style and size of home to build there.

We have a wide design portfolio of beautiful villas and bungalows, each of which can be tailored to suit the buyer.

Changes to basic designs Perhaps you prefer to have
open arches rather than doorways on the ground floor
of your villa? Or you'd like baths instead of showers in
all the bathrooms? Or what about a jacuzzi bath... Tell
us what you want and we'll do our best to incorporate it.
Do you prefer a large garden rather than a swimming
pool? Or is it your ambition never to have to mow a
lawn again? No problem!

Facilities for disabled people Our design team includes
a British trained and accredited 'access' advisor, who can
ensure that every care is taken to accommodate a wide
variety of disabilities. This means that special care can
be taken to incorporate adapted facilities, from ramped
entrances to lowered work surfaces in the kitchen, from
level-entry showers to brailled switches.

Options - included in the basic price Make your property
your own! Choose from a wide variety of floor tiles,
bathroom tiles, kitchen cupboard and worktop finishes.
And the tiling for the verandas and terraces. Paint colours
and doors. Spend an enjoyable day with us, picking out
those little details that will make the place you’ve bought

White goods and furniture packages Are you buying a property in order to let it out? We can save you the time-consuming chore of fitting out the house by offering a variety of 'package deals', providing everything from kitchen electrical and white goods to bedroom suites and air conditioning units. Several levels of package exist and our in-house design team will ensure that it all looks good.

Utilities When you buy a home from Alpha Panareti, you'll find that the utilities -electricity, water- are laid on and ready for you. All you have to do is contact the companies and set up the accounts.

Garden design and landscaping Basic landscaping is included in the price of all our homes -we're not going to leave you with a house marooned in a wasteland of builders' rubble! Then you can add the features that will make the place your own - rocks, gravel, trees, shrubs, local pots. Our gardeners will be delighted to give you advice about the best type of plants for the area or irrigation systems to make watering easier - you may even choose to grow your own bananas!

Interior design and styling Furniture, fixtures and fittings are all easily obtainable and of very high quality in Cyprus, but at rather lower cost than in the UK. We can advise about the best style of furniture to compliment your chosen home and even provide and interior design service, if you wish.

Swimming pools Our villas and bungalows, are priced to include a standard 8 metres by 4 metres swimming pool, surrounded by non-slip terracing.

The AP kitchen

Alpha Panareti believes that the kitchen is the very heart of the home. Every care is taken to ensure that the kitchen is designed to suit you; in fact, if you buy your oven, hob, fridge etc. during the building process, we will design and fit the kitchen around them, so that you get exactly what you want, the size you want and where you want it.

Choices for the 'prestige' client

Prestige villas - beautiful designs, larger plots of land, a choice of individual locations around the Paphos area. And prestige options to go with them - jacuzzi baths, marble staircases, infinity swimming pools, solid granite work surfaces. The list is limited only by your imagination...
